• No open WTs visible in /SCWM/MON

• Delivery status remains “Picking Completed” but not “GI Posted”

• Users are unsure whether additional steps are required

Checks Already Performed:

• Queue (SMQ1 / SMQ2) checked

• No short dump found

• Delivery appears complete in EWM

• Basic PPF action review done

Despite this, GI is not triggered automatically.

• Does GI require separate RF transaction or automatic action?

• How to safely trigger or reprocess GI in production?
